Account data (name, email, password hash or Google account identifier), business data you enter into the product (campaigns, donations, ticket and auction records, donor and supporter names), contact-form submissions, and usage data such as pages visited and general device/browser information. We only collect analytics usage data if you've accepted analytics cookies.
To provide the Service and fulfil our contract with you (account access, core features); with your consent, for analytics cookies and optional communications; and based on our legitimate interests, for keeping the Service secure and improving it.
To create and manage your account, operate the features you use (campaigns, ticketing, donations, activity logs), respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form, and - where consented - to understand aggregate usage patterns via analytics.
We keep account and business data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution needs. You can request earlier deletion as described in "Your rights" below.
Where GDPR applies, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to receive a portable copy of it, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (for example, via the cookie preferences control on our Cookie Policy page). Our infrastructure and service providers may process data outside your home country. Where this involves transferring personal data out of the EU/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We use Google for optional sign-in and, if you consent, Google Analytics for aggregate usage insight. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
